The WAYVE Foundation’s 3 days workshop in Lucknow dated from 7th September 2024 to 9th September 2024, aimed to empower marginalized women through leadership training. The first session focused on self discovery and understanding the essence of leadership. Participants shared their personal stories highlighting the challenges they faced and their motivations. The second day delved into Gender Auditing , understanding POSH, sexual harassment and POCSO providing participants the knowledge of the Legal framework and their rights. The final session introduced the Indian Constitution emphasizing fundamental rights and duties. Overall, the workshop equipped participants with the tools and knowledge to become confident and effective leaders within their communities.
