From 23rd–25th April 2026, the WAYVE Foundation organised a three-day Residential Evaluation Workshop for the 2025 Cohort in Delhi

The Building and Sustaining Women Leadership Evaluation Workshop (Cohort 2025–2026) at Delhi, brought together participants for a structured three-day learning programme focused on leadership development, advocacy, and social justice. The workshop provided a dynamic platform for reflection, dialogue, and capacity-building, enabling participants to connect their lived experiences with broader social and policy frameworks.
Day 1 focused on media advocacy, ethical journalism, and storytelling, facilitated by Dilnawaz Pasha, BBC along with a session on United Nations mechanisms conducted by Raihan. The day concluded with an art therapy session led by Manjula Pradeep, fostering emotional expression, self-reflection, and group cohesion.
Day 2 centered on policy and rights-based approaches, including a session on SC/ST and Gender Budgeting conducted by Adikanand from NCDHR, which emphasized equity, accountability, and inclusive resource allocation. This was followed by a session on disability rights facilitated by Anjlee Agarwal, and a session on fact-finding methodologies by Manjula Pradeep, focusing on ethical documentation and evidence-based advocacy.
Day 3 emphasized participant engagement, featuring public speaking sessions and role-play-based case study discussions led by Manjula Pradeep and Dr. Shewli Kumar. The workshop concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony and a guest address, marking the successful completion of the programme.
Overall, the workshop strengthened participants’ capacity to lead effectively, think critically, and engage in informed advocacy, reinforcing leadership as an ongoing process of learning, reflection, and action.
