The WAYVE Foundation’s 3 days workshop in Jaipur dated from 11th October 2025 to 13th October 2025, aimed to empower marginalized women through leadership training. The first session focused on self discovery and understanding the essence of leadership. Participants shared their personal stories highlighting the challenges they faced and their motivations. Overall, the workshop equipped participants with the tools and knowledge to become confident and effective leaders within their communities.
