During the three days visit, the 8 youth from Europe, had discussions on the caste system in India and also understood the struggles of tribals and Muslims and other marginalized communities. We took them to a slum school run by a dalit youth in Ahmedabad. The group also visited in a Muslim ghetto and had meeting with women from Mahila Patch work society, run by a Muslim woman and came to know the struggle of Muslim women and the community post 2002. The group was taken to Lothal the site of Indus valley civilization.
